| Refund Policy: | Refunds of prepaid convention fees will be made on the following basis: - Cancellations received 21 days before convention starts – 100% refund minus a $50 administration fee. - Cancellation received between 21 days and 14 days before convention starts – 50% refund. - Cancellation received 13 days before convention starts – no refund. |
